About Riu House
Welcome to Riu House, a modern tropical retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Paquera, Costa Rica. Designed for families and groups traveling together, the home combines contemporary architecture, warm custom finishes, and comfortable indoor-outdoor living.
Riu House features three private bedroom suites, with a king bed in the main suite and queen beds in the other two. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, individual air conditioning, television, built-in storage, vanity area, and direct access to a covered terrace or balcony. The home accommodates six guests comfortably, with space for up to two additional guests on inflatable mattresses with advance approval.
The open-concept living area features expansive glass doors, abundant natural light, a large television, comfortable seating, and peaceful views of the surrounding tropical landscape. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the large island, or enjoy meals together in the indoor dining area.
Outside, guests can relax among tropical gardens, enjoy the covered terraces, and use the swimming pool shared with the two neighboring NuvoHauz cabins. Riu House offers a peaceful setting for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and a closer connection with Costa Rica's natural surroundings.

Sleeping Arrangements

- Standard occupancy: 6 guests across the three suites.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests with advance approval. Guests 7 and 8 may use inflatable mattresses arranged by the host.

Arrival & Transportation
Riu House is located in Paquera on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula. Travel time from Juan Santamaría International Airport varies according to traffic and ferry schedules. Guests traveling through Puntarenas should allow time for ferry check-in, boarding, and the approximately 70-to-80-minute crossing to Paquera.
